Mark Lawrence is the Operations & Service Director for Collect+, the largest store-based parcel service in the UK. One of the first directors to join the award winning start-up in 2010, Mark has responsibility for the operational, customer service and IT divisions of the business.

Mark is a supply chain director with many years of experience across all aspects of the supply chain, having previously worked for First Quench Retail, Fullers Beer Company, British Airways and Marks & Spencer, where he was Head of UK Operations until 2009, overseeing their non-food logistics operations and development of the global logistics strategy.

Outside of work, Mark is a semi-professional photographer and author of several books.
