Hugh Williams has been consulting in supply chain for more than 30 years and delivered millions of pounds of business improvement to clients all over the world. The experience of working alongside Dr Eli Goldratt, who wrote ‘The Goal’ and conceived the ‘Theory of Constraints’ (TOC), inspired Hugh’s successful consulting career and his business venture, Hughenden Consulting, which he launched in 2001. Hughenden has recently become a Centre of Excellence for the Vested Outsourcing­­© approach to strategic supplier relationships.

Hugh mentors executives on how their companies can change, manage and profit from organisational complexity through best practices in supply chain planning. He also delivers a range of services including creating dialogue, understanding and buy-in between project sponsors and senior management colleagues.
